Product Description

• Sterilization Method: Uses high-pressure saturated steam. The standard sterilizing pressure is 1.2 kgf/cm (15 psi) at a temperature of 121C. The operating pressure is adjustable, typically ranging from 15 to 20 psi.

• Safety Features: It comes with multiple safety mechanisms to prevent accidents. These include a pressure gauge, a spring-loaded safety valve, a manual exhaust valve, a vacuum breaker-cum-purge valve, and an automatic low-water level cutoff that stops the heating elements to prevent damage.

• Control and Display: The autoclave is often equipped with a microprocessor-based, fully automatic fuzzy logic control system. The display is a 16x2 line alphanumeric digital LCD that shows the set value (SV) and process value (PV).

• Timer: It has an automatic digital minute timer that starts once the desired temperature is reached. The heaters switch off automatically with an alarm when the set time period is over.

• Capacity: The LEW-102 is available in different capacities. Common models include 40 liters (with inner dimensions of 300 x 500 mm) and 78 liters (with inner dimensions of 400 x 600 mm).
